After a successful pitch against six event agencies COMEO was awarded the contract for the 40th anniversary of the European Patent Convention in Munich. The festivities took place at four different locations. COMEO Event was responsible for the complete event organization and planning as well as for event theme and design for this special occasion.

Highlights: 10 years company anniversary, light and sound concept, gigantic birthday cake in the shape of a tow-car, two show hosts, red carpet with photo wall, glitter cannon, award ceremony, party band
During this evening the focus was not on the company, the stars of the evening were the guests. The walk over the red carpet led past the flashlights of the photographers and into a breathtaking hall that was enlightened by countless stars.
The two hosts and an elaborately designed light and sound concept accompanied the guests through an elegant gala evening.
Besides the gigantic tow-car shaped birthday cake the other great highlight was the collective singing of „Happy Birthday“ that ended in a stunning golden shower of confetti.

Our client celebrated its 30th anniversary with the slogan "SPV rocks". Consistent with the event theme the location was transformed into a real rock club. At the photo booth the guests could choose from different accessories to style themselves as rock stars. Air guitars, mini guitars, anniversary plectrums and festival wristbands – the COMEO team thought of every detail and gave the event a memorable touch.

IBB used their fiftieth anniversary as an occasion to relaunch their label appearance and move into their new office space. COMEO Event supported the engineering office in order to guarantee a perfect realization of all details.
Guests were invited to write down their wishes on a big "50", a short speech pointed out new systems in the building industry, the company's new logo was revealed, and the symbolic breakthrough into the new office space got a proper celebration.
