Something different in the winter: the 2017-2018 winter season focused on the “getlappi feeling” in our crossmedia campaign for new Lufthansa destinations in Lapland.
And the destination also proved a hit in bookings. From the start of the campaign in mid-December, bookings by visitors to the websites of the various regions soared and all flights were booked up by the end of January.

LA RÉUNION ISLAND
After once again winning the agency pitch in 2016, our successful partnership with La Réunion has continued. The first articles appeared in German print media Stern, Outdoor and Die Zeit in the autumn of 2013 – and the first response came in just one hour after publication. A great reason for the creative team to celebrate!
Today, a sophisticated communication strategy is coupled with creative impetus, achieving a level of success that soars above the average.

We can look back on marketing campaigns with strong roots in strategy and smoothly integrated concepts; their exceptional creativity carved out a distinctive profile for La Réunion on the German market. I look forward to working with COMEO in the coming years as the most reliable and expert partner we could wish for!”

THE LUCERNE & LAKE LUCERNE EXPERIENCE
Together with the Verkehrshaus der Schweiz (Swiss Transport Museum) and the regions of Andermatt, Obwalden, Lucerne, Schwyz and Uri, COMEO showcased the Lucerne / Lake Lucerne region at Germany’s largest festival for vintage and classic cars. As a special highlight, the stand displayed an 1898 Popp modelled on the Benz Velo, loaned by the Swiss Transport Museum.
The showcase in March was met with avid interest; approximately 2,600 Roadbooks were distributed, and the Rroadbook was promptly published in the ADAC (German Automobile Association) vintage car guide for 2018/19.

“The Lucerne / Lake Lucerne region is seeking to heighten its profile in Southern Germany. At the Retro Classics vintage car festival in Stuttgart, COMEO unlocked an interesting new market for us. Everything went completely smoothly, from the organization of the exhibition stand to our Roadbook. Our warm thanks go to the COMEO Team. We were – and still are – delighted at the interest shown in our region, and are already looking forward to the next exhibition in 2019.”
